Bend your elbows and lower your entire body until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Then push back up. Repeat 10 times. The other type of beneficial exercise is Palm pushes. Place your palms together in front of your breasts and press.  Hold for five seconds, then relax. Repeat this activity for ten times. The third type of breast enhancement exercise is Forearm grip. For experiencing forearm grip hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level. Cross your arms and grasp each forearm with the opposite hand. Pull outward without letting go.  Repeat it for ten times. The other type of breast enhancement exercise is Finger lock. For finger lock exercise first hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level. Then bend both arms toward your body and interlock your fingers. Pull and hold for five seconds. Repeat this for ten times. You can follow these exercise patterns after a beneficial herbal enhancement product.
